Water for this plant is supplied by a tunnel from Çıldır lake in Arpaçay, Kars.
This is the first project where the ministry of water works has contracted the turbine, generator and electrical balance of the plant (EBOP) seperately.
Our company has won the EBOP part of the contract.

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Design, production and installation of 30 kV switchgear.
2. Procurement and installation of three 6 MVA step up transformers.
3. Design, production and installation of the relay and measurement panels.
4. Design, production and installation of the mimic control panels.
5. Production and installation of the generator and turbine control panels.
6. Procurement and installation of the station service transformer.
7. Procurement and installation of the diesel generator.
8. Design, production and installation of the station service distribution panels.
9. Installation of the 10 kV generator lead cubicle and neutral grounding cubicles.
10. Design, production and installation of the cable trays.
11. Procurement and installation of the electrical and control cables.
12. Design, procurement and installation of the telephone system.
13. Making the necessary electrical and remote control connections at the water intake and the butterfly valve room.
14. Making the necessary electrical connections of the turbine and the generator for the operational testing of the units.
15. Testing and commissioning of the plant.
